Most of what I have to offer is right here, free. Read it, use it, take what helps.

But some things don't get solved in an essay. Sometimes a leader just needs someone in their corner — someone who's been in the arena and won't flinch at the messy parts.

That's the other thing I do. I coach leaders who feel alone in the arena. The ones handed a title and left to figure out the rest. The ones who want to become the kind of leader people are lucky to work for.

I don't fix people. You're not broken. You've just been carrying it alone.
